Agile Coaches Gathering (now in its 3rd year) is a gathering of people interested in coaching agile software teams.We encourage partcipation from experienced practitioners, coaches, and mentors with experience in Scrum, XP, Lean, and other agile disciplines from the UK and beyond. The schedule of sessions will be created using Open Space technology during the event.

Agile Coaches Gathering is at Bletchley Park, United Kingdom because everyone liked the venue last year. There are great rooms for Open Space with natural light and space outside for sessions on the lawn. We also want to support the National Museum of Computing at Bletchley Park, which currently does not get funding from UK government.

Our goals for this gathering are to:

• Develop our agile coaching skills by sharing our experiences, knowledge, puzzles, and history.
• Discuss the business aspects of agile coaching, both from an internal perspective and an outside-the-company perspective.
• Grow a network of agile coaches
